❌ Exclusions and Limitations

While we proudly stand behind our work, this warranty does not cover:

• Routine maintenance or wear-and-tear items (brake pads, filters, belts, wiper blades, tires, fluids, etc.)

• Damage resulting from neglect, misuse, accidents, modifications, or lack of recommended maintenance

• Repairs performed by other facilities without prior authorization

• Customer-supplied parts or third-party labor

• Towing, rental, or loss-of-use expenses unless otherwise covered by a nationwide program

• Any condition not related to the original repair or parts installed

Additional restrictions may apply depending on parts manufacturer policies or supplier programs.

To keep your warranty valid:

• Retain your original repair invoice

• Notify Tiltons Automotive Service promptly of any issues

• Allow us (or an authorized nationwide partner) the opportunity to inspect and correct the problem
